Cancellation Policy
IN - STUDIO APPOINTMENTS
At Glow Haus Studios, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, we require a deposit, a credit card on file, and adherence to our cancellation policy outlined below
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $40 (applied toward your service) is required at the time of booking.
Credit Card On File: A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will be fully refunded, or reschedule and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: Your deposit is non-refundable.
No-Shows: If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, it will be considered a no-show and the full service amount will be charged to the card on file.
By booking an appointment with Glow Haus Studios, you agree to the above cancellation terms.

Our membership is perfect if you want to glow year-round. Save money, get perks, & always be ready for whatever’s next.
Policy:
Monthly tans do not carry-over to the following month and will need to be scheduled a minimum one month ahead of time.
Minimum Commitment: All members require 3-month minimum commitment before cancellation is allowed.
Recurring Billing: Memberships are billed monthly to the credit card on file and are non-transferable.
Cancellation After commitment: After the initial 3-month term, you may cancel anytime with 10 days written notice before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Early Cancellation: If you cancel before completing the 3-month minimum, the remaining balance for the commitment period will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: That month’s service credit is forfeited.
No-Shows: If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, the service is forfeited.
By activating a Glow Haus Membership, you agree to these terms. Memberships are designed to provide flexibility and exclusive benefits while ensuring fair scheduling and respect for our artists’ time. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
